We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! the beautiful old buildings and stunning scenery created a truly magical atmosphere. Waking up to such a picturesque view every day was a real treat for the eyes. the pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing and relaxing spot to unwind. the attentive service at breakfast made us feel well taken care of.
There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. the language barrier made it a bit challenging to communicate with the staff, and sometimes they weren't readily available at the reception.

A nice quiet castlelike hotel, freshly renovated, vey good atmosphere and well designed for tourists. A lovely pool area. Lots of flowers and herbs. Very good homemade food served us late in the evening as we arrived. 50 minutes drive from Palermo airport.
Difficult to find the hotel, which is not inside the St Flavia, but outside the town.

The best hotel we had at Sicily. Silent, beautiful and excellent food & wine.

I had a wonderful experience at Villa Cefalà. the location between Palermo and Cefalù was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the grounds were well-maintained, including the rooms, main building, swimming pool, and surrounding gardens. the dinner and breakfast served in the courtyard were delicious. it was the perfect start to our Sicilian holiday. Cons: Nothing to mention. .

Our stay at Villa Cefala was truly memorable, thanks to the enchanting views and great service. The village of Sant'Elia, with its charming houses nestled in a series of inlets and bays, offered breathtaking vistas that made us feel like we were in a hidden paradise. The small delightful beaches under Cape Zafferano were a joy to explore, and we were captivated by the ancient fish nets, a testament to the village's rich fishing traditions.
My wife says that the only suggestion she has for families with children is to have more kids' activities available.

Very nice rooms and beautiful old building. Very big and nice swimming pool.
Very poor reception. Very basic breakfast and not before 08.00 am. The restaurant was very expensive in comparaison of normal prices in the village.

Beautiful villa with stunning gardens. Enjoyed dining outdoors with a refreshing sea breeze. Free extra starters were a pleasant surprise. Ground floor room had own terrace surrounded by fragrant flowers. Relaxing pool area with privacy and tranquility. Would recommend to friends and consider returning.

The atmosphere is terrific, the rooms are very well presented and each offers a different aspect of this once fortified farm. The overall restoration is first rate and has a slightly old world Spanish/Sicilian nobility air about it. The staff could not be more helpful and the thoroughly excellent gourmet food is very reasonably priced with excellent wines starting from 10 euros. Plus safe and plentiful parking.

Lovely setting, magnificant restoration of old villa.
Meal (dinner) was decent, but very expensive, and not particularly good value. Would recommend staying here for sure, but eat elsewhere for dinner!

We had a lovely stay at a beautiful Italian villa with a charming citrus garden. The outdoor restaurant provided a delightful atmosphere and the food was delicious. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace surrounded by fragrant flowers. We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing time by the pool, as it was usually not crowded. Despite a few minor hiccups, we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and consider returning in the future.

Incredible old villa and garden with authentic Italian charm. The outdoor restaurant creates a magical atmosphere with a refreshing sea breeze. Regular events allow guests to experience Italian celebrations. The food is delicious, with some dishes being absolutely amazing. The extra free starters were a delightful surprise. Our ground-floor room with a private terrace surrounded by fragrant flowers was simply enchanting. Despite our stay in mid-July, the coolness of the thick walls meant we didn't need to use the air conditioning. The pool area was always peaceful and serene, providing privacy and tranquility. We highly recommend this place to our friends and would love to return.

The views were stunning with beautiful beaches and cute little fishing villages. We had so much fun exploring the inlets and bays, and even got to see the ancient fish nets. The beach was perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying the sun. It was a dream come true!
The only thing that could have made it better for young party-goers like us would be more nightlife options nearby. We were looking for some late-night fun and dancing, but there weren't many places to go.
